DESIGN FEATURES: Open cockpit, strut-braced biplane with detachable cockpit transparency for winter operations. Constant-chord wings of geodetic construction. Wire-braced low-mounted tailplane. Stainless steel control wires. Additional central strut between nose and upper wing forward of cockpit. Aerofoil type 2315. Quoted build time 400 hours.
