Seibel Helicopter Co. established March 1948 by Charles M. Seibel (ex- Bell) to build S3 helicopter (1947) and 2 forms of S4, before selling out 1 March 1952 to Cessna, which retained Seibel to work on completely new CH-1 helicopter (July 1954).
