AVIATION TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC

Aviation Technology Group was formed in 1998 to develop the ATG Javelin two-seat jet; it was incorporated in June 2000. In June 2002 ATG signed an MoU with Luscombe Aircraft Corporation to consider the latter producing Javelins in its plant at Altus, Oklahoma.
