Aerion Corporation was established in 2002 to pursue development of Aerion SBJ (supersonic business jet) incorporating NLF (natural laminar flow) technology. During 2006, Aerion was in discussions with several major aerospace firms and government agencies on three continents and anticipated finalising its choice of project partners during 2007.
