The Flash-3 was exhibited at the 1985 RSA meeting at Brienne in France, before it had made its first flight. It is offered in the form of a series of component kits, with an estimated construction time of 650 to 750 hours.

AIRFRAME: Entire airframe constructed of vinylester and resin composites, partially strengthened with carbonfibre. Wing section NACA 43012⁵ at root, 43010 at tip. Retractable tricycle landing gear.

POWER PLANT: One 112 kW (150 hp) Textron Lycoming O-320. Other engines of up to 194 kW (260 hp) can be fitted. Fuel capacity: standard tank 261 litres (69 US gallons; 57.4 Imp gallons); long range tank 541 litres (143 US gallons; 119 Imp gallons); long range tank with tip tanks 641 litres (169.3 US gallons; 141 Imp gallons).
