Founded about November 1909 at Via Salbertrand, Turin, by Francesco Darbesio and Ing. Origoni (initially in factory of Darbesio’s Taurinia motor firm). First aircraft resembled Farman biplane. Nos. 2, 3 and 4 followed, all sound and strong pusher biplanes (without front elevators); No. 3 saw active service in Libya. MB 2-seat monoplane (May 1913) was last built by company.
