BLENDED WING-BODY AIRLINERS

During the 1990s, several companies and organisations investigated the possibilities of the flying wing as a next-generation, efficient, high-capacity airliner. Their initiatives were tracked in Jane's All the World's Aircraft under the heading UHCA/VLCT in the International section until 2002, when known activity was reduced to the Boeing BWB.
