Raab-Flugzeugbau GmbH formed by Anton F. Raab at Karlsruhe-Durlach February 1959 to take over Italian premises of late Col. Mario de Bernadi and produce MdB Aeroscooter in Germany. Also bought world rights (except Italy) to Ambrosini Rondone.
