HIGH PERFORMANCE AIRCRAFT

Company founded 10 April 2002 as joint venture by professional aviation magazine Pilot und Flugzeug and local government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Intention is to produce TT62 Alekto light twin-prop, for which full funding was in place by time of public launch at Berlin Air Show, 6 to 12 May 2002. Secondary purpose is restoration of Rostock-Laage airfield as centre of aviation development with initial creation of 41 jobs at High Performance plant.
