Agreement to form this private joint venture company announced in February 2002 by Sikorsky Aircraft and Shanghai Little Eagle Science and Technology Company (SLEC). Objective is Chinese kit assembly and/or local manufacture of Schweizer 300C, 300CB and 333, with certification and marketing assistance from Sikorsky; shareholding SLEC 51 per cent, Sikorsky 49 per cent.
