Company formed to produce kit version of Mini-IMP high-performance lightplane, designed and marketed in 1970s by Moulton B 'Molt' Taylor, who gained earlier prominence with the FAA-certified (1956) Aerocar flying car. Also holds rights to Micro-IMP.
