LanShe Aerospace LLC was founded in 2002 by former Martin-Marietta and Lockheed engineer and pilot Wadi Rahim. In late 2002, LanShe acquired the assets of Lake Aircraft Company from its former owner, Armand Rivard, and in March 2003 bought the Micco Aircraft Company. Had 4,645 m² (50,000 sq ft) of factory space at Fort Pierce, Florida. LanShe restarted production of the former SP20 and SP26 sport aircraft and Renegade, Seafury and Seawolf amphibians. Company was closed in June 2004.
