INDUS AVIATION INC

IndUS was formed in 1994 and in 2002 bought the type certificate, production certificate and tooling for the Thorp T-211, previously produced by Venture Light Aircraft Resources, renaming the aircrafts as the Sport E in the process. IndUS has chosen TAAL of India to build the aircraft, which will also handle non-US marketing; the tooling is to be shipped there to facilitate this.
