Son Henry A. Berliner assisted with helicopters, formed Berliner Aircraft Co. 1926 at Alexandria, Virginia, and Potomac Flying Service. To operate this service produced attractive Parasol 3-seater (OX-5), 17 built in 1928. Designed prototype 4-seat 'all-vision monoplane' with fully glazed cabin; this was built by Berliner-Joyce.
